Hardwood-style flooring extends from the unit’s entry into the kitchen and dining room.

Granite slab countertops and backsplashes highlight the kitchen, along with Shaker-style wood cabinetry and a stainless steel appliance package. The room is completed with an undermount two-compartment stainless steel sink and a pantry closet enclosed by a paneled bi-fold door.

The main living area is completed with an oversized living room with large wood-wrapped windows a sliding glass door exposing the views. The slider opens to a balcony-style deck with Plexiglas panels and aluminum railing.
