Air Zimbabwe sets dubious record

That’s what the English-language Daily Mirror is reporting. It says that the airline recently carried one (1) passenger on a recent flight from Dubai to Zimbabwe. The problem, the newspaper said, is that the airline failed to announce it was offering service on this new route.

Key Quote: “In this case, industry was not approached, the tourism industry was not approached and even in Dubai the market was not aware that a new flight was coming in.”
