LYNNWOOD —The tide is turning in 2011 for economic growth, and for Anthony’s Restaurants that’s no exception. Anthony’s Seafood Grill, located at 19324 Alderwood Mall Parkway in Lynnwood, will open in October.
The freestanding restaurant, which has 8,200 square feet of interior dining space and 750 square feet of outdoor dining, will be located directly across from AMC Loews Theatres at Alderwood mall. The restaurant will mark the second Anthony’s to open in 2011, following the Jan. 17 opening of Anthony’s Cap Sante Marina in Anacortes.
“Having served Puget Sound for decades along our enviable waterfront locations and having our own trusted seafood company, we’re ready to venture off the water to realize the Anthony’s Seafood Grill concept,” said Budd Gould, Anthony’s Restaurants’ president and owner. “It’s also most importantly an opportunity for growth … and to bring 125 full- and part-time jobs to Lynnwood.”
This off-the-water, casual seafood dining concept marks a new direction for Anthony’s that opens the door for future locations. The seafood chain has built its respected seafood restaurant company slowly and steadily, partnering with the communities it serves with each new opening.
Bellevue based MulvannyG2 Architecture will be the architect for Anthony’s Seafood Grill.
