BELLEVUE — The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Washington has dropped below $4 a gallon to $3.98.
That’s a decline of 18 cents in a week and 26 cents in a month. The price in Washington is 47 cents higher than the national average.

Bellingham $4.10, Bremerton $3.94, Seattle-Bellevue-Everett $4.03, Tacoma $3.93, Olympia $3.95, Vancouver $3.90, Yakima $4.03, Tri-Cities $3.99, Spokane $3.88.
