Shannon Bell has been name

d district retail leader for the Seattle Cascades district of KeyBank. She’ll oversee management of 30 branches operating in Everett, Bellevue and Bellingham. Bell began her career at KeyBank 17 years ago as a teller.

John McKeon, chief executive of McKeon Financial, has earned a top 20 spot on the top 20 producers list, based on the highest levels of production with his broker-dealer, Independent Financial Group. IFG is based in San Diego, Calif., and has 430 representatives.

Learn the basics of marketing and selling your products to the government during a free course hosted by the Washington State Procurement Technical Assistance Center. Honors

The Western Washington University team took second place at the eighth annual Intercollegiate Marketing Competition on Feb. 26 in Vancouver, B.C. The teams consist of undergraduate business major students. The competition challenged their analytical, presentation and marketing skills.

Marysville Care Center, a nursing and rehabilitation facility, recently was named one of U.S. News and World Report’s best nursing homes. Facilities were chosen based on ratings through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The center is located at 1821 Grove St., Marysville.

Everett-based Fluke Corp.’s Fluke 381 clamp meter has won awards from three industry media: Plant Engineering, Control Engineering and EC&M Magazine. The company’s Fluke 365 clamp won an additional award with Control Engineering.
