The Boeing Co. added orders for 28 aircraft, including 10 787s, in its first orders update for 2012.
Boeing logged an order for 17 737s from Jet Airways this week, the jet maker reported on its website on Thursday. Virgin Australia also ordered one 737.
An unidentified customer ordered 10 787s. Boeing also recorded a cancellation of two 777s, bringing its order tally through Jan. 12 to 26 net orders.
