The Boeing Co. board of directors on Monday declared a regular quarterly dividend of 44 cents per share, payable Sept. 7 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 17.
Also, an analyst at Oppenheimer &Co. upgraded Boeing, believing that investors have focused too much on macroeconomic issues and slowing commercial aircraft orders and too little on the potential for the 787.
The company’s stock closed Monday at $71.05 per share, down 1.26 percent.
