Boeing to delay Dreamliner deliveries another six months – report

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the Boeing Co. could push back deliveries of its 787 Dreamliner by as much as six months. That means the first Dreamliner might not be delivered until summer 2010, roughly two years behind schedule.

Boeing is expected to provide a 787 schedule update later this month, following the 57-day Machinists strike. Boeing already acknowledged the 787 would not fly before the end of the year, as announced in April.
