The Boeing Co. will debut its new 747-8 passenger plane on Feb. 13, the company said Tuesday.
Boeing will Webcast the event, slated to start at 11 a.m. PST, on its New Airplane Web site.
The company plans to deliver the first 747-8 passenger plane, dubbed the Intercontinental, by year’s end.
The updated jumbo jet, built here in Everett, borrows some technology from Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner.
