The Boeing Co. will fly its 787 to South Carolina on Monday, where the Dreamliner will make its first appearance.
Boeing will begin final assembly of its first North Charleston-assembled Dreamliner next month. The company’s workers in South Carolina already build major components for the 787.
But the Dreamliner, which has only been assembled in Everett so far, has never flown to North Charleston.
Boeing plans for the 787 to be in North Charleston until Wednesday.
