AAA Washington collects toiletry, soap for domestic violence victims

AAA Washington has joined up with Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County for the eighth annual Soap for Hope donation drive to collect unused travel- and full-size toiletry items for local shelters, food banks and other charitable organizations across Washington and northern Idaho. Donations of new, full- and sample-size toiletry items are accepted at all AAA stores through the end of the year.

Comcast expands Ethernet services to Redmond-Woodinville

Comcast Business has announced a substantial network expansion to the Redmond-Woodinville business district bringing a full range of Ethernet services to nearly 100 businesses in the 150th to 170th block of Woodinville/Redmond Road. Construction began in July. The expansion is expected to be completed later this year.

Report: 68,500 union jobs dependent on international trade

International trade directly supports 68,500 union jobs in Washington state, according to a new study released by the Washington Council on International Trade.
