Northwest investment firm D.A. Davidson & Co. has named two financial advisers from the company’s Everett office to the President’s Club, one of the firm’s most prestigious honors clubs. Named were senior vice president Jeffrey Decker and vice president/branch manager Daniel Leach. The D.A. Davidson President’s Club recognizes members with outstanding integrity and service to clients.
EdCC honors contributors to its Boots to Books program for veterans
The Edmonds Community College Foundation honored on Nov. 29 the 173 people, companies, and foundations who donated to its veterans campaign with the unveiling of the Boots to Books and Beyond Veterans Donor Wall in Lynnwood Hall. The campaign raised $1 million to provide on-campus support services for student veterans, including a centralized Veterans Resource Center and more.
Marysville 7-11 owner donates to Grace Academy
A local 7-Eleven store recently made a donation of $711 to Grace Academy in Marysville. The 7-Eleven store, located at 88th Street in Marysville and owned by Bahadur Kaler. Grace Academy is a pre-kindergarten through 12th grade private school.
Snohomish County Camano real estate agents donate 90,000 pounds of food
The 2016 Snohomish County Camano Association of Realtors Food Drive collected over 90,000 pounds of food and raised nearly $40,000 in cash donations to support local food banks in Snohomish County. Leading the way again this year was Windermere GH of Edmonds who collected nearly 35,000 pounds of food and raised over $16,000 on their own.
