Scuttlebutt sees increase in beer production
Everett-based Scuttlebutt brewery and restaurant announced that it produced 7,636 barrels in 2014, an increase of 11.3 percent over the prior year. General manager Phil Bannan Jr. thanked Scuttlebutt’s loyal customer base for contributing the businesses success. The family-owned brewery has been in business since 1996.
Slots available for leadership training class
For the sixth year in row, the U.S. Small Business Administration Seattle District Office is offering the Emerging Leaders training initiative for local businesses on the brink of growth. There are 17 available seats for the 2015 program in Seattle. The SBA Seattle District Office is now accepting applications at this website through March 20.
Inventors workshop planned at EdCC
Edmonds Community College is co-hosting a free inventors workshop from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Feb. 21 at the College in Monroe Hall, Room 106. All those with product ideas are invited. Run to donate portion of proceeds to Lake Stevens School District
The Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce has announced that a portion of the proceeds procured from the upcoming Trail Run will go toward the Lake Stevens School District Stephen R.
