“This is a great business book that demonstrates growth strategies that are scalable to any size enterprise. The author introduces the concept of ‘strategic market position,’ which combines the principles of customer preference, producer economics and company finance as a means of uncovering growth opportunities. I like this book because it focuses on bottom-line profit. Jackson explains his concept and tells what data to collect and how to map out your company’s position. Fair warning: This book has a good deal of charts and spreadsheets, but for a data nerd like me, it’s not a turnoff.”
