Don Brunell, president of the Association of Washington Business, will speak at the Joint Snohomish County Chambers Legislative Recognition Breakfast will be held 7 to 9 a.m. at the Everett Golf and Country Club, 1500 52nd St. in Everett. The chambers will present local legislators with 2006 Business Champion Awards for consistently voting in support of business issues.
