Allisona Greenberg, Kristen Pedersen, Steven Waldrop, Michael Gruzensky and Jake Libaire have all joined Higa Burkholder Associates LLC, a land-use planning and engineering firm based in Everett. Greenberg is a landscape designer and planner with more than six years of experience. Pedersen is a civil engineer earned a master’s degree at the University of Washington. Waldrop is a drafting technician. Gruzensky is a civil engineer. And Libaire is a planner.

Brian Stuchell has been hired as an investment sales specialist at Coast Real Estate Services in Everett.

Kathy Prevette has been promoted to assistant vice president of the credit administration department at Frontier Bank in Everett.

Michael Anderson of Arlington recently received an accounting major scholarship for the upcoming school from the Washington Society of Public Accountants. Anderson attends the University of Washington.

Deborah Phillips has been recognized as the Young Careerist National Representative for 2004 by the Business and Professional Women USA. Phillips of Snohomish is the founder and president of Coach-Parenting, a parent coaching, education and support company in Snohomish.

James Adams has received a “Building Operator Certification – Level II” award by the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council. Adams works at Snohomish City Facilities Management in Everett.
