Cascade Valley Health Foundation will be holding their fifth annual Festival of Trees event at 6 p.m. on Friday at the Glen Eagle Club House in Arlington.
Tickets are $20 and will be available at the door. They are also available at Flowers By George and the Arlington/Smokey Point Chamber of Commerce office.
