SNOHOMISH — With the Snohomish County housing market poised for a rebound in the near future, owning a luxury condominium may never again be as affordable as it is right now.

Snohomish Station Condominiums feature spacious floor plans, great amenities and an unbeatable location near retail shops and restaurants all at newly reduced prices and with attractive financing options available.

“The developer, Rudeen Development of Monroe, was able to bring prices down because the best way to sustain growth in the market is to have pricing at a level affordable to the consumer,” said Jon Hager of Hager Realty Services Inc., sales broker for the property. “And although interest rates are still low, with tougher loan requirements and 20 percent down on a conventional loan, Snohomish Stations lower pricing makes these units more attainable for the buyer.”

Snohomish Station has two-bedroom condos with attached garages ranging from 988 to 1,252 square feet now starting at $149,990, and two- and three-bedroom town homes of 1,277 to 1,927 square feet starting at $189,990.

There are currently 35 units available, each featuring large kitchens with eating bars and pantries, state-of-the-art appliances, designer accents, nine-foot ceilings, individual garages and spacious floor plans.

Located at 1900 Weaver Road in Snohomish, the grounds include a paved walking path for strolls through the development or trips to nearby retail and food establishments located in the Snohomish Station Retail Center, including Kohls, Fred Meyer and Home Depot, Starbucks, Blazing Onion Burger Co. and others.

In addition to lowering prices, Snohomish Station has worked out some attractive financing options for buyers, Hager said. Snohomish Station is also already FHA approved, meaning qualified buyers would need a down payment as small as 3.5 percent.

Hager said he or another representative will be available at Snohomish Station throughout March and April to give tours, answer questions and host open houses. There will also be drawings and giveaways for prospective buyers that take part in a tour.
