Remember last fall’s flu vaccine shortage, when the California-based biotech firm called Chiron had problems at its British plant? Well, the company’s German facility also is having problems, which will result in no production of flu vaccine for Europe and elsewhere. Chiron also has said it may have delays with its U.S. flu vaccine again this year.
