Bankers, brokers and builders will teach you the ins and outs of buying a home at the Snohomish County Homeownership Fair Saturday and Sunday at the Everett Events Center conference hall.
Representatives from more than 60 companies and organizations will offer information and guidance on such topics as how to find and secure a home loan, how to find programs that help with down payments and how to obtain a loan for improving or remodeling your home.
Seminars will be at 11 a.m., noon, and 1, 2 and 3 p.m. both days. The seminar "The ABCs of Buying a Home" will be offered in English, Spanish and Russian.
Admission is free when you enter through the Hewitt Avenue doors by the water sculpture and from the Home &Garden Show at the main events center.
