MUKILTEO – Diligenz Inc., the nation’s fastest-growing provider of commercial code and due-diligence information, unveils the new version of its Internet-based services today.
The new version represents the first full overhaul of Diligenz’s online tools for lenders since the company debuted the country’s first due-diligence retrieval Web site in 1999. In the intervening years, however, the company had made smaller improvements.
The Uniform Commercial Code and due-diligence information Diligenz provides is used primarily by lenders and investors when deciding whether to put money into a company.
The subsidiary of Lynnwood-based City Bank worked closely with its clients to create a one-stop tool, said Bryan Dawson, Diligenz’ chief executive officer. The online service is used primarily by commercial banks, law firms and capital finance and leasing companies.
“We continue to attract and keep clients with the biggest names in the finance industry … because we’re consistently ahead of the curve with our innovation, pricing and client service,” Dawson said about today’s launch of the new Web tools.
Earlier this year, Diligenz decided to lease another 16,600 in Mukilteo’s Harbour Pointe Tech Center on top of the 21,000 square feet the 120-employee company already occupies. That expansion follows 90 percent revenue growth in each of the past four years. The company expects to bring in about $18 million in revenue for 2004.
