Q: What sort of sales trends do you generally see around the holiday season? A:
Q: What has business been like this season?
A:
Q: What’s your top-selling item around this time of year, and why?
A: We do an enormous amount of vehicle security and remote starters from fall into winter. It seems vehicle break-ins are more frequent during these darker months, also our customers love the capability of pre-warming their frozen vehicles.
Q: What have you found to be the best way to promote your products?
A:
It’s not really the promotion of superior products that has set us apart but; rather, the idea that service and knowledgeable expertise that brings customers and referrals into our store. Since the demise of Magnolia A/V automotive there has been a void in this philosophy. We learned it there and continue taking care of their customers to this day. We sell you what you want, and meet or surpass your expectations. Our reward is the smiles and compliments we receive.
Q: If you had to write a wish list for your business with next year in mind, what would be at the top?
A:
