What: Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon is scheduled to speak at this event focused on the challenges and opportunities for Snohomish County in 2010. The public is invited to attend.

When: 7:30 to 9 a.m. Feb. 4. Registration opens at 7 a.m.

Where: Everett Golf and Country Club, 1500 52nd St. SE, Everett.

Cost: $60 to $30.
