The Boeing Co. added 51 new orders to its books over the last week, including 2 Boeing Business Jet orders for 737s and 49 requests for 737s from undisclosed customers.
The company additionally identified 4 orders from Copa Airlines for 737s.
So far this year, Boeing has won 315 orders. The Chicago-based planemaker’s new 787 Dreamliner remains Boeing’s top-selling jet with 119 orders this year. The Renton-built 737 comes in a close second with 106 orders in 2007.
