The University of Washington Bothell presented its 2016 Legacy Award to Chancellor Emeritus Kenyon Chan and Shirley Hune, who are married, for their vision and support of the university’s mission to provide students access to excellence. Chan and Hune have been contributors to UW Bothell students’ success since 2008 through their Kenyon Chan and Shirley Hune Endowed Scholarship.

EvergreenHealth Monroe honored for technology-based medical records

EvergreenHealth Monroe has earned honors for reaching stage six in the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society adoption model. Just 23 hospitals across the state, out of a total of 120, have reached this level of technology efficiency. The model is nationally recognized as the top method of technology-based medical record adoption in the health care space.

Suppliers: Learn strategies on Boeing, Airbus price reductions demands

Dance studios to open in Lake Stevens, Stanwood

Premiere Studios NW will celebrate the opening of new studios in Lake Stevens and Stanwood. The first opening is noon to 3 p.m. on July 8 at 25 95th Ave. NE, Lake Stevens.
