The Everett Animal Shelter hosts thousands of stray and unwanted animals every year. Some are adopted right away, but some sit in the shelter for weeks at a time, waiting for a home. The shelter has dogs and cats, as well as some rabbits and birds, all looking for a loving home.
Birdie is a super sweet young Shepherd looking for an experienced home. She would love to attend training classes and should excel! Birdie will chase cats and will need a meet and greet if there any dogs in her new home. We sent in a DNA test on her and she is a purebred Shepherd with floppy ears! Heidi is a beautiful young senior lab that loves to play fetch all day! She is still very active and needs plenty of exercise. Heidi likes other dogs and knows some tricks. She will need a family with somebody home all the time or able to take her with them. She can not be crated or left in an outdoor kennel as she becomes very destructive and injures herself. Peter is a unique looking handsome dog. He will need an active family and secure confinement as he likes to wander. He will need a meet and greet with any resident dogs.
