It’s Friday, there’s a holiday weekend ahead and the sun is shining, so let’s face it: We’re all counting hours until the end of the day. You can make the time go a little faster by drooling over the Pioneer Woman’s recipes for amazing-looking berry desserts. I’m especially eager to try the individual raspberry cobblers and the berries with sweet cream.
The timing for these is perfect, by the way, and not just because of the holiday. You’ll find lots of prime strawberries and raspberries at local farmers markets now.
