For quick ways to spice up cereal, try this tips:
* Serve cereal with fruit and either fat free milk, low fat yogurt or fat free soy milk.
* Layer your favorite cereal in a wine or parfait glass along with low fat yogurt and fresh, seasonal fruit.
* Prefer the taste of a lower fiber cereal to the higher fiber ones you know you should eat? Mix the two and get nutrition and taste.
* Toss cereal in a sealable plastic snack- or sandwich-sized bag with dried fruit and nuts of choice.
* Toss or top a salad with Grape-Nuts instead of croutons.
