I scream. You scream. We all scream for ice cream.
In celebration of the last day of summer, Dairy Queen will host its second annual Free Cone Day on Tuesday to benefit Children’s Miracle Network.
Free 5-ounce vanilla ice cream cones will be served at participating Dairy Queen and DQ Grill &Chill locations nationwide.
Dairy Queen hopes to top last year’s Free Cone Day. More than 721,000 cones were handed out and more than $75,000 was raised for Children’s Miracle Network. All of the funds raised locally by Children’s Miracle Network stays in the community in which they were collected.

According to the National Turkey Federation and the National Onion Association, Americans are consuming more turkey and onions.
Each American, on average, eats nearly 19 pounds of both per year.
Turkey and onions enhance flavors in a range of recipes, from casseroles to salads and sandwiches to soups. And, they can be prepared any way you like to cook. Turkey is great on the grill, stovetop or microwave, while onions can be peeled, sliced, diced or chunked to liven up any dish.
