Plexcentric Publishing, publisher of “More, Please! Macaroni &Cheese” is holding a mac and cheese recipe contest.
Perfect a family recipe or create a new one and enter for the chance to win $1,000 and your recipe included in the next version of the book.
Recipes must include some sort of pasta and cheese as key ingredients.

Pie, anyone?
Crisco is looking for the best All-American family pie recipes. Teams of adults and children are invited to submit their original dessert pie recipe. Five finalist teams will win a trip to New York to compete in a live judging event on or around March 18. The winning team will be awarded a grand prize of $5,000.
The five categories include apple pie, fruit/berry pie, sweet potato/pumpkin pie, chocolate pie and citrus pie.
Deadline is Jan. 31.
