Voices Northwest Chorus, Snohomish County’s women’s acappela choir, will celebrate the holiday season with a full-length concert.
“Tis the Season” will feature a combination of traditional and nontraditional songs. Organizers promise that the audience will find out if reindeer really do boogie and if the elves can teach Santa how to use a GPS.
Now in its fourth season, Voice Northwest Chorus is the only Sweet Adelines International chorus in Snohomish County. The organization promotes barbershop quartet-like harmonies sung by women. The Snohomish County chapter features more than 40 women who range in age from 20 to 75.
Concerts will be presented at 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 4 at the PUD Auditorium, 2320 California St., Everett.
Tickets are $12 for seniors and students, $15 adults, available online, from a Voices Northwest member or at the door.
The group will also perform from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 12 at the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall.
