Waterworks 2013: Fifty paintings by members of the Northwest Watercolor Society will be on view from Oct. 22 to Nov. 22 at Tsuga Fine Art and Framing, 10101 Main St., Bothell. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. A reception and awards ceremony will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 24. Contest for young artists: WSU Snohomish County Extension Beach Watchers is seeking submissions for a contest on what Puget Sound will look like when they, are the artists, are older.
