On the off chance you don’t already know this, beer is more than just a breakfast drink. Yes.
Furthermore, beer and cheese go together like … well, like chocolate chips and cookie dough, sauerkraut and sausages, cats and catnip, peanut butter and jelly, corned beef and cabbage, chips and dips, hogs and mud, gingersnaps and pickles, biscuits and gravy …
You get the idea.
And I have not one, but two great ideas that are spanking new and should nicely plug into any gaps in your plans for take-it or serve-it holiday get-togethers.
Both feature our own Pacific Northwest products, the beer from Portland, the cheese from Tillamook. As in Oregon, for you not-yet-in-the-know newcomers to this area.
Let’s thank Sherry Thompson of Four Stories (Tillamook Cheese) down there in Oregon for sharing the recipes for:
Beer and cheese spread
