Beer, wine, spirits: Where to grab a drink in Snohomish County

Decant Edmonds: The annual festival takes place 5 to 8 p.m. May 25 at the Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Ave. N. Enjoy local wine, spirits and beer and live music. Tickets are $40, or $55 for VIP admission at 4 p.m. Designated drivers are $10.

Seapine Brewing tasting: Lynnwood’s Special Brews is hosting Seattle’s Seapine Brewing for a tasting at 5 p.m. May 29 at the taproom, 14608 Highway 99, Suite 307, Lynnwood.

Lake Stevens Brewing tasting: Diamond Knot Brewing is hosting Lake Stevens Brewing for a tasting at 6 p.m. May 30 at the brewpub, 5602 232nd St. SW, No. 106, Mountlake Terrace.

Center Public House 1st anniversary: Celebrate Snohomish’s Center Public House’s first anniversary with a weekend party from May 31 to June 2 at the taproom, 115 Ave. A, Snohomish. Center Public House teamed up with Snohomish’s Spada Farmhouse Brewery to brew Philanthropic Ale.

Barrel-aged Scotch Ale Dinner at Scuttlebutt: Everett’s Scuttlebutt Brewing is hosting a Barrel-aged Scotch Ale Dinner at 6 p.m. May 31 at the taproom, 3314 Cedar St., Everett. Tickets are $30 and include a brewery tour, dinner and dessert, glass of barrel-aged Scotch ale and a 16-ounce can of barrel-aged Scotch ale.

At Large’s 3rd anniversary: Everett’s At Large Brewing is hosting its third anniversary from noon to 10 p.m. June 1 at the brewery, 2730 W. Marine View Drive. There will be 25 taps of beer, including limited barrel-project releases, live music, food trucks and cigars from San Juan Cigar Co.

Darts and Drafts at Lazy Boy: Everett’s Lazy Boy Brewing is hosting a Darts and Drafts Tournament at 5 p.m. June 1 at the brewery, 715 100th St. SE, Suite A1, Everett. Cost to compete is $5, Lazy Boy will match 50 percent, and it’s winner take all.

SnoTown Brewing tasting: Everett’s That Chicken Place is hosting Snohomish’s SnoTown Brewing for a tasting at 6 p.m. June 3 at the restaurant, 1907 Hewitt Ave., Everett.

Wander Brewing tasting: Everett’s Toggle’s Bottleshop is hosting Bellingham’s Wander Brewing for a tasting at 6 p.m. June 5 at the taproom, 1420 Hewitt Ave., Everett.

8th anniversary Special Brews Chili Cookoff: Lynnwood’s Special Brews is hosting its eighth anniversary Special Brews Chili Cookoff from noon to 3 p.m. June 9 at the taproom, 14608 Highway 99, Suite 307, Lynnwood. Breweries will bring their best chili recipe and serve their beer on tap. There will be more than 25 breweries attending, including Crucible, Skookum, Structure and Aslan. Proceeds from the event will benefit local charity.

Washington Brewers Festival: Enjoy beer from more than 110 Washington breweries at the 14th annual Washington Brewers Festival June 14-16 at King County’s Marymoor Park, 6046 West Lake Sammamish Parkway NE, Redmond. The festival is 21-and-over 4 to 9:30 p.m. on June 14 and all-ages noon to 8 p.m. on June 15 and 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. June 16. Tickets are $25-$75 and can be purchased at washingtonbeer.com.

Brew with Dad Day: Edmonds’ Gallaghers’ Where-U-Brew is hosting a Brew with Dad Day on June 16. Bring Dad in to brew a beer, and Gallaghers will buy him a beer with every batch purchase.

EMI 7th B-Day Celebration at Scuttlebutt: Everett’s Scuttlebutt Brewing is hosting Everett Music Initiative’s seventh birthday celebration at 8 p.m. June 21 at the taproom, 3314 Cedar St., Everett. Live music by Deep Sea Diver.
