Bistro Vino opens today on Hewitt Avenue

Bistro Vino, a new restaurant, opens today at the northeast corner of Rockefeller and Hewitt avenues in downtown Everett.

Owner Nick Webster says Bistro Vino will have a monthlong grand opening celebration. It will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Webster has hired as head chef Paco, a former chef at Arnie’s in Mukilteo.

Bistro Vino will serve dishes created with seasonal ingredients. Breakfast will include select pastries and fresh coffee drinks. The lunch menu is a full menu at lunch prices.

Webster doubles as bartender and will be serving up his specialty fresh-fruit drinks.

The menu features dishes of small serving portions, similar to tapas, and many types of appetizers to complement the mixed drinks and wine list. Fresh daily seafood selections and other specialties also will be offered for dinner.

Bistro Vino is located at 1801 Hewitt Ave., Everett.
