Debra Dean, author of “The Madonnas of Leningrad,” will give a talk and sign books at 2 p.m. today at the Everett Library, 2702 Hoyt Ave., Everett.
Author Kim Bryan-Brown and illustrator Cindy Current will make an appearance from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 3 at The Bookworks, 1510 Third St., Marysville. They wrote and illustrated the children’s book, “The Leaf That Was Left.”
Photographer Richard Duval of Mill Creek will sign copies of his book “SternWords and BowLines,”from 5 to 9 p.m. May 4 at The Art &Soul Gallery in County Village, 817 238th St SE, Bothell. The book is a collection of photographs of wooden boats.
Ed Tirado of Marsyville will be the featured author at 7 p.m. May 3 at Main Street Books, 110 E. Main St., Monroe. He will discuss his book “Breaking the Link between Kids and Crime.”
