Franky is mostly a typical little boy except he doesn’t like bugs, and if he has to go camping, he wants to do it in a motor home.
In the Thumbnail Theater production called “Bugs Don’t Bug Me,” little Franky gets pushed outside his comfort zone.
He’s taken on a camping trip with Cyndi Soup and the Thumbs Up Puppeteers where he may in fact find that bugs no longer bug him.
Franky’s a puppet and he’s joined by puppets Mary Lou, Gus Puppy, Rustle Crow and Uncle Roy, who has been everywhere and done everything, including a stint as a bug scientist.
This show contains lots of music with danceable beats such as “Bee Bop,” “Butterfly” and “Riding in a Motorhome.”
“Bugs Don’t Bug Me” starts at 10 a.m. today at Tim Noah’s Thumbnail Theater, 1211 Fourth St., Snohomish. Tickets are $5. Call 360-568-9412 or go to www.thumbnailtheater.com.
