A musical tribute in memory of Robert Anderson 1917-2012: 4:30 p.m. April 13, Trinity Lutheran Church, 6215 196th SW, Lynnwood. The tribute will feature performers from Cascade Symphony Orchestra, Sno-King Community Chorale and the Seattle Jazz Singers who will pay tribute to this longtime conductor, musician and educator. The Cascade Symphony was Anderson’s passion for 30 years.
Performance of Chamber Music Favorites: Instrumentalists from the Cascade Symphony Orchestra will showcase their individual talents in small ensembles during this annual Ensembles Concert including a trumpet solo, an oboe and piano duo, a bass clarinet duo, a flute duo, a string quintet, and selections from the popular Cascade Percussion Ensemble; 3 p.m. April 14, Edmonds United Methodist Church, 828 Caspers St., Edmonds.
