Everett Music Initiative: The lineup for the Fisherman’s Village Music Festival will be announced at a concert at 8 p.m. Feb. 10, at the Scuttlebutt Brewing Co. Taproom, 3310 Cedar St., Everett. Cascade Symphony Orchestra: The annual children’s concert is 3 p.m. Feb. 11 at Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Ave. N. The concert is “The Tortoise and the Hare.” Dave Dolacky is back as the narrator. Pianist Nathan Zhao, an Edmonds 10-year-old, is the concert soloist. Camano Junction: The swing band plays for a dance at 7 p.m. Feb. 11, Camano Center, 606 Arrowhead Road, Camano Island. Tickets, $10 each, sold at the door. Call 360-387-0222.

The F Street Project: The jazz, pop and blues band performs at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 11 at the Tim Noah Thumbnail Theater, 1211 Fourth St., Snohomish. Featuring rising star Dawn Madsen on vocals. Tickets are $15. Call 360-568-9412.

Jazz at the Center: The series continues with the Miles Black Trio playing Oscar Peterson beginning at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 15 at the Camano Center, 606 Arrowhead Road, Camano Island. Tickets for the dinner concert are $35 , or $15 for students with ID. Call 360-387-0222 for more information.

Everett Philharmonic Orchestra: Hear the orchestra’s annual Magnificent Mozart concert, 3 p.m. Feb. 12, First Presbyterian Church, 2936 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. Featured is flutist Janelle Janovich-Barrera performing Mozart’s concerto in D Major. More at www.everettphil.org.

Olivia Newton-John, Beth Nielsen Chapman and Amy Sky: With their show LIV ON, these award-winning women are set to perform at 8 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Historic Everett Theatre, 2911 Colby Ave. The concert includes songs off their new album and each other’s best-known hits. Organ recital series at Trinity: Lynwood’s Trinity Lutheran Church resumes its popular organ recital series featuring Paul Thornock, director of music at St. James Cathedral in Seattle, in concert at 7 p.m. Feb. 19 at the church, 6215 196th St. SW. Suggestion donation is $15 general, $10 for seniors and students. Trinity’s organ is noted regionally for its sound.

Blues and Brews Thursdays: Marysville Kiwanis Club joins the city in offering blues music and brews from a local microbrewery from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the third Thursdays at the Marysville Opera House, 1225 Third St.; 360-363-8400. $5 at the door. The entertainment continues with the Margaret Wilder Band on Feb. 16 and the Gin Joints on March 16.

Day of the Accordion: The Northwest Accordion Society (with members from Snohomish County) is celebrating its annual Day of the Accordion on Feb. 25 at the Crossroads Bellevue Market Stage, 15600 NE Eighth St., Bellevue. Eleven bands featuring the accordion will perform a variety of music, from folk, jazz, polkas, zydeco, Scandinavian and popular standards for listening and dancing from 11:30 a.m. until 9 p.m. Admission is free.

E&E Country Showcase: This new series at the Marysville Opera House continues with Knut Bell & The Blue Collars at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 25 at 1225 Third St., Marysville. Tickets are $10. Call 360-363-8400. Come ready to dance.

Hot Java, Cool Jazz: The annual concert by Starbucks, featuring some of the region’s most talented young jazz musicians, is set for 7 p.m. March 17 at the Paramount Theatre, 911 Pine St., Seattle. Sno-King Community Chorale: The chorale, along with a children’s choir and orchestra, will present the West Coast premiere of Sir Karl Jenkins “Cantata Memoria — For the Children,” commemorating the 50th anniversary of the 1966 disaster that killed 116 children when a coal mine slid into a school in Aberfan, South Wales. The concert is to be presented at 3 p.m. and again at 7 p.m. March 18 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 6215 196th St., Lynnwood.
