Kamiak Jazz Invitational: Kamiak High School, 10801 Harbour Pointe Blvd., Mukilteo, hosts this annual jazz festival March 25 featuring performances by nine high school and middle school jazz bands and a special guest DoctorfunK, a Seattle-based 10-piece horn and rhythm ensemble. Festival runs from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with performances about every half hour. A $10 donation is suggested.

“Journey Into Spring” with the Sweet Adelines: The group offers a concert at 7 p.m. March 25 at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2531 Hoyt Ave., Everett. Admission is free, but an offering will be taken. Enjoy the harmonic ensemble as they sing “Amazing Grace,” Sentimental Journey” and “Battle Hymn of the Republic.” Reception follows.

Keola Beamer &Jeff Peterson with Moanalani Beamer: The well-known slack key guitarists will perform a range of Hawaiian music with dance accompaniment by Moanalani at 7:30 p.m. March 25, Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Ave. N. For tickets, $19-$54, call 425-275-9595.

Choral Arts Northwest: The choir will perform a new work by John Muehleisen, “But Who Shall Return Us Our Children: A Kipling Passion.” The piece tells the story of Rudyard Kipling’s son who died in World War I and examines the sacrifices made by veterans and their families. The concert is at 8 p.m. March 25 at First Presbyterian Church, 2936 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. Tickets, $28 general and $24 for seniors and military, are available at choralartsnw.org.

Fisherman’s Village Music Festival: The annual Everett Music Initiative festival set for March 31 through April 2 in downtown Everett will feature about 50 musicians and bands whose music spans many genres. Ana Popovic: The blues star will perform the evening of April 1 at the Historic Everett Theatre, 2911 Colby Ave. Opening will be the Michelle Taylor Band. For tickets, call 425-258-6766.
