You might have known that Willis Tucker Park has spray fountains for the kids, an off-leash dog area and walking trails. But did you know there is also a 2,000-seat amphitheater?
That amphitheater is going to get a workout starting Tuesday when the free Snohomish Artist Guild Summer Concert Series kicks off. Music starts at 7 p.m.
You can bring a blanket or chairs to the park, 6705 Puget Park Drive, Snohomish.
The Tuesday concert lineup:
The Deadwood Revival: July 20. Jammin’ American roots music that creates a hootenanny sound.
The Lucas Cates Band: July 27. The kind of music you want to listen to when you can’t get Dave Matthews tickets.
Handful of Lovin: Aug. 3. A dance band that combines rock, folk and blues.
The African All Stars: Aug. 10. Members from Ghana, Liberia, Guinee, and Nigeria play traditional West African pop styles.
