Just two weeks after moving “Law &Order” from 10 p.m. Wednesday to 9 p.m. to allow its new drama, “Heist” to take the 10 p.m. spot, NBC is flipping it back around.
A scheduling update released by the network today shows the change for at least the next few weeks, starting Wednesday. There was no official word about a permanent switch, but it’s safe to assume they won’t keep shuffling the shows back and forth.
NBC threw “L&O,” the original version of its most successful franchise, to the wolves when it moved the show to 9 p.m. Wednesdays to battle with Fox’s “American Idol” results show, ABC’s “Lost,” and CBS’s “Criminal Minds,’ resulting in fourth-place finishes for “Law” both weeks.
