• The Washington Beer Open House is Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. at various breweries, including American Br
ewing Co. in Edmonds; Diamond Knot Brewing in Mukilteo; Foggy Noggin Brewing in Bothell; Gallagher’s Where U Brew in Edmonds; and Scuttlebutt Brewing in Everett. Read our story about it here.
• Langley Murder Mystery Weekend is Saturday and Sunday. The event is like a real-life game of Clue. Tickets are available at the Langley Visitor Information Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets cost $10 per person or $25 for parties of four. Read our story about it here.
• Cascade Symphony Orchestra and Olympic Ballet Theater present the Carnival of the Animals on Saturday in Edmonds. The event include music and a dance piece including 45 young dancers. Read more about it here.
• The Port Susan Snow Goose and Birding Festival is this weekend. Events are scheduled throughout the weekend in the Stanwood and Camano Island area.
• Everett Gem, Jewelry and Mineral Show is Saturday and Sunday. There are events for adults and children, including presentations, sales and a critter-making area. Our story about it is here.
