From the I Couldn’t Make This Up If I Tried File, ABC presents a new game show that gives contestants a chance to win millions of dollars.
The ingredients: One nervous contestant, William Shatner as host, a series of trivia questions and “13 stunning Million-Dollar Dancers who are always ready to break into any style of dance, while audacious master of ceremonies (Shatner) spontaneously boogies with the beauties on stage.”
That’s just what “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” was missing!
Apparently, ABC is a little too fixated on the whole dancing theme these days and figures a little sideshow on a high-stakes game show couldn’t hurt. But maybe it’ll work. I’ll tune in just to see what the heck this is all about.
“Show Me the Money” premieres at 8 p.m. on Nov. 22 on KOMO-TV, Channel 4.
