When three small town National Guardsmen bound for Iraq are unknowingly dropped into Mexico, their confusion leads them to “liberate” a small village from a band of corrupt Federales in “Delta Farce,” opening today without a screening. Bill Engvall, Larry the Cable Guy and DJ Qualls star in the movie, rated PG-13 for crude and sexual humor. It’s playing at Alderwood, Everett, Galaxy Monroe, Marysville, Pacific Place, Woodinville and Cascade Mall.
