Pashman, host and creator of the James Beard Award-nominated podcast “The Sporkful,” has written what he considers a textbook for eaters in “Eat More Better: How to Make Every Bite More Delicious.” This tongue-in-cheek book is a mix of comedy and common sense that explains how to eat for maximum pleasure. Chapters are divided into subjects like engineering and economics and include scientifically accurate illustrations.
Pashman even tackles the sensitive subject of vehicular eating. So when he unveils his clever makeshift vehicular French fry dipping basin one can only stand up and applaud.
