Salish Lodge &Spa, 30 minutes east of Seattle, plans a special Thanksgiving experience featuring seasonal menus created by executive chef Justin Sledge.
The Salish Ballroom will offer a buffet while the Dining Room will serve a four-course meal. Both menus were designed to reflect traditional Thanksgiving offerings enhanced with fresh seasonal produce.
The Attic Bistro will offer an a la carte menu and a three-course menu.
The Salish Ballroom menu is avalable from noon to 6 p.m. Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27, for $62, $29 for 12 and under, 5 and under free.
The Dining Room menu, which includes a vegetarian option, is available from 1 to 8 p.m. Thanksgiving Day, for $75, $29 for 12 and under, 5 and under free.
