Batman (Ike Barinholtz), Calvin (Gary “G-Thang” Johnson), Will (Matt Lanter) and Enchanted Princess (Nicole Parker) appear in a scene from “Disaster Movie.” The movie, from the filmmaking team behind “Scary Movie,” “Date Movie,” “Epic Movie” and “Meet the Spartans,” opens today at Alderwood Mall, Everett, Galaxy Monroe, Marysville, Mountlake, Stanwood, Oak Tree, Pacific Place, Woodinville, Cascade and Oak Harbor. “Disaster Movie” follows the comic misadventures of a group of ridiculously attractive 20-somethings during one fateful night. The characters try to make their way to safety and solve a series of mysteries while natural disasters and catastrophic events hit the city. Look for Herald movie critic Robert Horton’s review in Saturday’s Herald. The movie is rated PG-13 for crude and sexual content, language, drug references and comic violence.
