Doe Bay Fest accepting 2012 artist submissions

I have never been to Doe Bay Fest, but every person I speak to who has been can only tell me that there is something special going on out there. This music festival takes place at the Doe Bay resort on Orcas Island and is always stacked with great bands from the pacific northwest.

I can’t tell you who is playing Doe Bay Fest 2012 because the lineup isn’t set yet. In fact, the artists submission period for next year’s festival just started this week. Anybody can apply during the open submission period that ends on April 1, 2012, but don’t get your hopes up too much. Getting into Doe Bay as an artist is extremely difficult. This festival has hundreds of artist submissions every year and continues to grow in popularity amongst musicians from the northwest.
