On June 25, the Firdale Shopping Center will really live up to its name.
On that day, The Phoenix Theatre, Dining Dog Cafe and Peanut’s Pals Doggie Daycare will team up for “Doggie Date Night in Edmonds.”
The evening’s festivities include dinner and a show — and lots of quality time with your furry friends.
Dinner begins at the Dining Dog Cafe and Bakery, where the canines will be served a four-course meal and the humans will eat pizza and salad.
Then it’s playtime at Peanut’s Pals Doggie Daycare, where the dogs will watch a movie — possibly “Lady and the Tramp” or “101 Dalmatians” — and snack on “pupcorn,” while their owners take in The Phoenix Theatre comedy, “Fuddy Meers.”
“Doggie Date Night” kicks off at 6:30 p.m. June 25 at The Dining Dog, 9635 Firdale Ave., Edmonds. Playtime begins at 7:30 p.m. across the shopping center parking lot at Peanut’s Pals Doggie Daycare, 9649 Firdale Ave. “Fuddy Meers” begins at 8 p.m. at The Phoenix Theatre, 9673 Firdale Ave.
Tickets are $42. Additional humans are $32; $15 for each extra dog. For reservations call Peanut’s Pals Doggie Daycare at 206-661-4623.
